Our preserved roses last between one and three years when kept indoors away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and temperatures above 80°F. They require no water, no trimming, and no daily care. Most clients report their hat-box arrangements still look freshly delivered eighteen months after purchase.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Washington DC?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available throughout the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia metro for orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern, seven days a week. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are scheduled for the next available delivery window.

Is delivery free?

White-glove delivery is free within twenty-five miles of Washington DC. Outside that radius, delivery is calculated by distance and quoted before the order is finalized. Premium air-freight options are available for clients in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and other major US markets.

Can I customize a bouquet?

Yes. Use the in-browser 3D Builder to specify vessel, stem count, color palette, and finishing details, or contact the concierge for a fully bespoke design. Custom rose colors and arrangements above 500 stems require two business days of lead time.

Do you handle weddings and events?

Yes. The custom team designs and installs florals for weddings, corporate galas, embassy receptions, and milestone events. Pricing starts at $2,500 with a $99 booking deposit. The wedding builder lets you scope a transparent estimate online before any consultation call.

How are the roses sourced?

Our roses come from the highest-altitude farms in Ecuador and Colombia — the same growers that supply the floral teams of leading luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. Each stem is hand-graded, conditioned for forty-eight hours, and arranged the day it leaves our studio.

What is your refund policy?

Fresh arrangements are inspected before delivery and re-issued at no cost if the recipient reports any quality concern within twenty-four hours of delivery. Preserved arrangements carry a one-year quality guarantee. Custom event bookings follow a separate refund schedule outlined in the signed proposal.
