Orders are made-to-order. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited options (2-day or overnight) may be available at checkout.

Due to the custom nature of our arrangements, returns are generally not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.

Same-Day Luxury Flower Delivery in DC, MD & VA

Every 2SweetLuxury arrangement is hand-delivered by a member of our studio team, never by a third-party courier. The delivery vehicle is a climate-controlled van; the driver is briefed on the recipient and the gesture before departure; the package is presented in a 2SweetLuxury-branded carrier with a hand-written card and ribbon.

Delivery Windows

Same-day: orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern, seven days a week, within twenty-five miles of Washington DC.

Scheduled: select a fifteen-minute drop window any day in the next thirty days. Recipients are notified by SMS twenty minutes before arrival.

Surprise mode: driver waits for recipient confirmation before departing; we re-attempt twice if no answer.

Premium air freight: next-day arrival in New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston, in 2SweetLuxury-branded outer packaging.
